1—Collection of Personal Data
The data collected are intended for CENTRAVET and partner veterinary clinics to enable the provision of services offered through the Veterinary Facility's website. They are stored in France. Anonymized data may be used in statistical studies conducted by CENTRAVET. CENTRAVET and partner veterinary facilities are responsible for collecting this data.
The term “personal data” means any data that can identify an individual, including your last name, first name, telephone number, date of birth, email address, postal address, IP address, and any other information you choose to provide to your veterinarian about yourself.
For legal and regulatory obligations, your veterinarian may also retain information relating to transactions made through the website and mobile application for a limited period.
2—Purposes of Data Collection
Your personal data are collected only for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes, including managing any medical record for your animals; processing any orders you place through the website; preparing activity statistics for veterinarians; providing information by email, text message, or mail to promote veterinary services; and complying with legal and regulatory obligations relating to veterinary practice. You can access your data at any time through the Right of Access and Correction section.
3—Recipients of Collected Data
Only veterinary facilities, CENTRAVET, and its contractually bound subcontractors have access to the information you provide. Within the limits of their respective responsibilities, persons with access to your personal data include the sales department, administrative departments, technical department, and oversight services.
Public bodies, solely to meet legal obligations, court officers, ministerial officers, and debt-collection organizations may also receive your personal data. No data will be commercially transferred to other companies or organizations, except when activity is transferred to another veterinary clinic. Any processing based on consent given before its withdrawal is lawful. Subcontractors contractually bound to your veterinary clinic may not transfer data to foreign companies.
4—Personal Data Retention Period
The retention period varies according to the purpose of collection. For the website, customer data, including identity and electronic contact details, are retained until your account is deleted. For the veterinary facility, data relating to management of your account, your animal's possible medical record, or any orders are retained until your account is deleted by partner veterinary facilities, subject to their legal obligations.

We take all appropriate precautions to protect the security of your personal data and, in particular, to prevent it from being altered, damaged, or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
6—Cookies
To better serve you, CENTRAVET and its subcontractors measure page views, visits, and visitor activity, and combat fraud by monitoring connection status to measure and analyze activity.
